Spectre x360 Damaged Screen

Hello,

I have recently damaged my HP Spectre x360's screen, and now the right fourth of the screen is black. In addition, when I change the brightness there is sometimes flickering on the top edge. I want to send it in for repair, but I am not sure if that is an option given current circumstances? If I cannot send it in for repair, I believe I am able to repair it myself.
