Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a Spectre x360 in November, 2018. It's worked great!

However, about a month ago my active stylus started having trouble. I used to be able to get it working again by taking out the battery and putting it back in; however, today that did not work. I replaced the battery and tip, still, it is not working. As a student, I use it everyday for note taking.

I am at a loss as to what to do. As a student, I dont have lots of money to toss around and buy a new stylus - espeically if they are just going to break every 4 months. Does anyone have any useful tips on fixing them? I have searched the articles on HP and have not found much useful (nothing on Active stylus not working).
