Product: Pavilion core i5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
When my employer sent this laptop I charge it for about an hour before I start it. All I can see is black square with the word NETWORK on top and two small icons of a timer and mobile in lower left corner and a volume icon in lower right corner. The cursor is moving but nothin happens when I clicked the screen . What will I do.

You need to take this back to your employer -- as it looks like they have configure it to boot from their Domain -- and we here can do nothing to assist you in correcting this. They would have to diagnose and fix this issue for you.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
