Hello,
we are currently faceing some weird Problems with the HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock. Some of our HP Probooks 445 G10 (816J3EA#ABD Ryzen 5 7530U with 16 GB RAM) won't display content on the two connected screens via dock and stay black with no signal found, but in the display settings from windows you can see that the Monitors are beeing recognized.one notebook works
the other doesn'tWhen you connect the same notebook to an other HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock it works just fine. Same goes for the Dockingstation which didn't work with the first laptop, when you connect an other laptop it works perfectly fine. You can't replicate it and it seems random. One Notebook works, the other doesnt, you change the Dockingstation, it still doesnt work on that specific workplace. I used the HP Support Assistant to keep all the drivers up to date, which fixed the Problem with one Dock but then the Laptop had a problem with a Dock it worked perfectly fine with before. We then changed the Dock and it worked again, but then the other Dock made Problems again and won't show content on the monitors which are connected via dock.
Everything is up to date the drivers, the BIOS and the Firmware of the dockingstations. I don't know why some Notebooks have problems with just one or two docks and others doesn't, it doesn't makes sense.
Hopefully someone can help, i really don't know what to do.
Best regards
