Seems this website did not allow me to edit my original message or its bad grammar.
I've found the answer to my problem.
It was related to Windows update installing Intel Display Driver 26.20.100.7157 and had nothing to do with Nividia.
I tried the drivers from Intel's website but those would not install due to manufacturer verification or something. I then grabbed to driver from HP's website and I'm back in business. Good old Windows Update!
I'm now running Intel Display Driver 25.20.100.6519 and will be sure to keep a copy of this one aside in case Windows Update strikes again.
