Welcome to the HP Community --
I did not find a stylus pen listed for the HP Chromebook 14a-ca
Reference
Passive Pen Options for Touch Screen
If you wish to do so,
If your computer has a touchscreen,
When an active stylus is not an option on your machine,
Consider a Passive Stylus / Pen
Capacitive / Passive pen is not the same thing as an active stylus, of course.
Passive pen works like your finger on the touchscreen.

Notes
I found some old notes for one 14a Chromebook -- HP Chromebook 14a-naxxx that list the USI pen.
and
in the service guide for that model / series:
The HP Chromebook 14c-caxxx and the HP Chromebook 14b-caxxx support the USI pen
