Hello,

I sent my notebook to repair, covered by warranty, it came back with a dead pixel. From the photos the service provided could you tell me which kind of pixel error is this? I was sent a link to the following page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00288895

Thank you in advance,

Emrullah
