Subject: Help with Dual Monitor Setup Using ACT USB-C Dock on HP 250 G9
Hi,
I have an HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC, and I’m trying to set up a dual monitor configuration. For this, I purchased the ACT USB-C 4K Multiport Dock with Dual HDMI (MST).
Unfortunately, the dock isn’t working as expected. After doing some research, I came across information suggesting that this system model does not support video output over USB-C.
Could someone please confirm this and advise if there’s any workaround to get the dock working? Would using a USB-C to USB-A converter help in this case?
Appreciate any guidance or suggestions!
Thanks,
