I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with my HP Pavilion laptop, which I purchased approximately a year ago.

Recently, I have noticed a significant problem with the touchpad coating, as it appears to be peeling off. (As a gamer and having gaming laptop)This issue is not only affecting the aesthetics of the laptop but is also impacting the functionality of the touchpad, making it uncomfortable and challenging to use.

As a loyal HP customer, I have always been satisfied with the performance and reliability of your products. However, this unexpected deterioration of the touchpad coating has raised concerns about the overall durability and quality of my laptop.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
