After a while when I browse the internet my screen gets black and then immediately restores to normal, it particularly happens when watching videos. Thus, one could argue that it has something to do with my graphics card (
AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics, 256 mb DDR4). Is there anyone experiencing the same problem or anyone knows a fix?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
This sounds like system software or power management related issue.
- Have you tried updating the AMD Radeon graphics drivers?
Let's start with system software and Bios update:
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
- To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon
. - Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Dear Echo_Lake,
Thank you for responding to my question.
In the AMD radeon settings menu there are no versions available of my drivers.
In the HP support assistant no updates are available as my system is fully up to date.
My current bios: BIOS Version/Date Insyde F.16, 14/12/18
Some more information below:

Could you provide me a link with the latest bios driver?
