Support in another country

My touchscreen is broken. I bought my laptop in United States, but now I live in Brazil and they don't seem to have the screen of my laptop to replace it. I would like to know if it's possible to buy it and for HP to deliver it here. I could also buy in US and ask for a friend to bring it as well.

I want to order it from the HP parts store, but when I checked the spare numbers you gave me, it said those parts are not orderable in the HP Parts Store.  

How should I proceed? I didn't find it on Amazon also.
