Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J6AV)
I have a HP laptop, still under warranty. The screen has stopped working. I took it back to the store where I bought it, and was told it has to be sent in to HP. I have tried the online support, and the chat and get no response from HP. I tried to call, and went around in circles with someone until I got dizzy and gave up.
Can anyone tell me how to contact support and get this working again or exchanged?
I have been trying to get this fixed for over a month and HP does not respond.
