Microsoft Windows 11

Hi Comunity ......

I need to get certainty and detailed instructions from you.

My laptop is HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G10 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

Processor : Core(TM) i5-1345U

It has only one RAM which is 16GB DDR5-5600MTs (2800MHz) wheni I bought it. It has two RAM Slots i.e (Dual Channel Memory).

Currently 'dxdiag' shows

From the specifications of this laptop that I got from the website, https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/details/hp-elitebook-840-14-inch-g10-notebook-pc/model/21015549...

It says,

"Tech spec footnote [13]

Intel® Iris® Xᵉ Graphics capabilities require a system to be configured with Intel® Core™ i5 or i7 processors and dual channel memory. Intel® Iris® Xᵉ Graphics with Intel® Core™ i5 or 7 processors and single channel memory will only function as UHD graphics."

Also, I have run Intel Processor Identification Utility in my Laptop, and it reads  'Ad-in-Graphics'.

I would like to be sure that if I add RAM to the second slot as the 'Tech spec footnote [13]' instructed, will my laptop switch from the  UHD Graphics family to the Intel Iris Xe Graphics family?

I will be thankful for your response.
