I recently updated My DV7 6195us to Windows 10 Home 1909 and mi AMD driver now appears as AMD Radeon HD 6700M before Update It Was AMD Radeon HD 6770M I tried to update the AMD drivers from the AMD site and during the install I got Blue Windows Screen. The performance of my Notebook has decreased, as it is not using all the graphics potential.
Please What can I do?

Hi Thanks for responding, I undestand the official answer, I was looking for someone that could bring some alternative to this problem as I have seen through the time and different forums that basically all the people who bought an HP laptop in the lapse between 2009 - 2012 have no solution yet to this kind of issues, So the customers that have this kind of devices have to wait until HP update, even if Microsoft has ended windows 7 support more than 3 months ago and announced it more than 7 months ago.
I undestand that you have to sell PCs ad laptops but you have to care for the costumers that have been loyal to your brand and like me doesn't have only one laptop I have at least 3 and the one I'm trying to keep working is the oldest one.
Once more thanks for responding and I hope you may Understand my point.
I'll keep lloking for an answer to this issue.
