Product: HP EliteBook 840 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Support Assistant shows that my PC needs an updated driver for Symantec PointStyk, but when it downloads and tries to install, it fails every time with the Failure Code: 1051262697. I've tried to use Windows Update to update the driver in Device Manager, but it says the best driver is already installed. How do I proceed to successfully install this driver?
