Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP Community, first of all my English won't be that good but i hope you understand mostly what i say. So my issue is that i don't have the Synaptics TouchPad Control Panel in Windows 10. I have literally done EVERYTHING from reinstalling drivers, reinstalling older drivers etc. I even downloaded the version that you guys had in your website but still it didn't work. I know i can download the software from the Microsoft Store but i cannot install it, it gives me an Error that it cannot install the software which is really upsetting. I need this software ASAP because i cannot use the touchpad and keyboard at the same time while gaming and this software is needed for me and for millions of people, i think i have to enable a setting called "Palmcheck" i think? to make my touchpad and keyboard work at the same time. The Synaptics driver should come with the software shouldn't it?. Also i didn't tell that if i go to the mouse settings (in control panel) i can see the tab "TouchPad" but when i go there it doesn't have the option "Settings" or something else it only has the driver info. Is there anyway that you guys can give the setup or something? the only way i can download it is in the Microsoft Store which as i said i cannot install it. Thank you
