the problem come and goes, the problem is when i put my to fingers on the touchpad on hold my fingers on it, scrolling up or down it almost dosent move. it is kinda lagging. but if i swipe up or down and my fingers release the touchpad it works fine.

There is no updates in HP support assistant or Windows update.

hi im sorry to say but it dosent work 😞

@kashan92 It's alright, we may need to run a test on the touchpad to ensure this isn't a hardware malfunction:

Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click component test

Click Touchpad or Mouse Test (Interactive)

If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) for when you respond back to us.

@kashan92 That's right, I meant touchpad, nevertheless if you've done that and yet the issue persists though the tests have passed, I suggest you backup all personal data and perform a system reset: Click here for steps.

@kashan92

Let's try driver rollback and check if this fails then you need to service the computer.

  1. Open Start.
  2. Search for Device Manager.
  3. Expand the category with the device that you want to roll back, in this case, it's going to be a  Mice and other pointing devices.
  4. Right-click on the synaptic pointing device, and select the Properties option.

  5. Click the Driver tab.
  6. Click the Roll Back Driver button and restart your computer.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
