Coasting in the phenomena that when you are scrolling - depending on how fast you were scrolling up or down, when you lift your fingers, the window will continue to scroll. I have found this to be enabled by default, and turning it off seems to solve the problem for me.
In the Clickpad settings screen, select Two Finger Scrolling - then click on the gear symbol to the right of that (just to the left of the "?"). On the next screen are various options - the last of which is "Enable Coasting". Uncheck that one (or you could try playing around with the slider underneath it). Click Apply and then close. See how it works for you.
