GOOD MORNING I WANT I NEED A SOLUTION TO THE TOUCHPAD OF MY LAPTOP WHICH HAS BEEN GIVING ME PROBLEMS FOR A LONG TIME AND DOESN'T WORK WELL, IT STAYS PRESSED AND IS VERY ANNOYING AND I CAN'T DO ANYTHING

I am using in HP omen laptop recently I got an issue with my touchpad too in my case the touchpad left click stop working for a long time in between a use I raised a request with the HP team regarding the issue they they help me in diagnosing the problem and I saw it was not working during the diagnosing then again I tried for diagnosing it started working I repeat it this for  multiple times to verify sometimes the results passed and sometimes it failed.

 

So HP team provided me with executives to solve my issue as my product was under warranty the touchpad part was replaced with new one.

 

When the executive opened the laptop the problem I saw that - contact point was pressed that it was very difficult for it to work .

contact HP for help.
