Excuse my English, I'm from Argentina (MAGA). I'm attaching an image of the device drivers, where I highlight one of them that I don't recognize its function, and it's not working either.
In the configuration part, the touch screen is not recognized and it doesn't work either.
Thank you very much for your help.

Please attempt it thrice as this step and Restart the unit

Step3

The unit has to be turned off, Press Win+ V while holding these two keys then Press the Power button, continue to hold all three keys for 30 seconds and then release the Power button first and then release these two keys Please attempt it thrice  and then you may get a Pop-Up CMOS Check and it will restart the unit

Even if you don't get a Pop-up restart the unit manually after 3 attempts.

Steps to Diagnose and Fix Touch Screen Issues

Check Device Manager:

  • Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager.
  • Expand the Human Interface Devices (HID) section.
  • Look for a device named something like HID-compliant touch screen.
    • If it’s present:
      • Right-click it and choose Enable, if it’s disabled.
      • If it’s enabled, right-click and select Update driver.
    • If it’s missing:
      • Go to Action > Scan for hardware changes. This may detect and reinstall the missing driver.

Check the Unknown Device:

  • The unknown device in your screenshot may be related to the touch screen or another component.
  • Right-click the unknown device and choose Properties.
    • In the Details tab, select Hardware IDs from the drop-down menu.
    • Note the ID (e.g., VEN_xxxx&DEV_xxxx) and share it with me or search online for its corresponding driver.

Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter:

  • Open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
  • Select Additional troubleshooters > Hardware and Devices.
  • Run the troubleshooter to detect and resolve any issues.

Reinstall Touch Screen Driver:

  • Right-click the HID-compliant touch screen in Device Manager and select Uninstall device.
  • Restart your laptop. Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.

Check Windows Updates:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
