Product: HP Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The touch screen on my approx 1 yr old pavilion no longer works. All Microsoft/Windows updated, drivers uninstalled and reinstalled and updated, tried suggestions on internet - no luck, touch is enabled. Virus scan negative.

 

It may be related to a recent mouse replacement. The old one started acting up - intermittent functionality. Replaced with a new mouse. On login, the new mouse is not immediately recognized, but then becomes functional.

 

I'm out of ideas.
