Good day,
I purchased a brand new HP 15-fd0355nia last week so today I finally had the chance to set it up, I plugged in my usb drive with Windows 11 OS. After the first screen for OS installation popped I noticed my Touchpad wasn't responding, I then ignored and proceeded with the installation process and after I was done with the installation, the touchpad isn't working up to now.
I tried to check my Device Manager on my Control Panel and my Mice option isn't available neither is there an option to try and turn on the Touchpad.
Can I please be assisted, Thanks.
