PAVILLION X360 CONVERTIBLE
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all

I've had this laptop a few years now. Since I've had it the touch screen has never worked. I've never needed it until now, so never bothered to try fix it. But now I do. I've read several threads on here and others on Google. None of the solutions I'm reading seem to work

All my drivers and Windows are up to date. I've disabled/enabled HID touchscreen through the Device Manager. I've tried calibrating the screen. But nothing.

When I flip my laptop round, the screen automatically switches to tablet mode, but still no touchscreen

Any help greatly appreciated 🙂

@KIRSTYBARR86, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP PCs - Troubleshooting Touch Screen Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
