TPN-C125
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody

 

I've a backlight issue  with this tpn-c125..already tried with another  screen but no solve..i presume can to be a fuse but i not find nothing near to display connector..tested voltage on screen flat but is much low 1v / 1,5 v so i presume circuit interrupt..

Any idea ?

I understand that the screen backlit issue.

 

In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
 

Or you can contact local service center for repair.
