Tab key is continuously begin pressed

Hey,
This is Aneesh. I have a issue with keyboard. Tab key is continuously begin pressed. It is like running in a infinite Loop. I tried hitting it hard and removing it, but didn't workout. So, My question is weather it can be repaired or I need to replace it? If so, how? And please let me the cost.
System configuration : HP Pavilion 14-n296tx TouchSmart Notebook PC with 64 bit windows 10

Now when I run a Keyboard diagnostic test. I got following results

Thank you for your query. I understand that the tab key acts like it is stuck in the down position. You have tried pressing it hard and removing it, but there was no change. You ran a diagnostics on the keyboard which failed with error code M0E4R1-779876-MFPV7G-G04C03. When I checked the error code it came up with failure code 800 keyboard error. 

If you connect an external keyboard does it do the same thing? Please try the steps in this link. HP Notebook PCs - Notebook Keyboard Troubleshooting (Windows 10, 😎.If the external keyboard works fine and the issue remains, please contact HP Support for service options. Contact HP Support.
