The taskbar in Windows 11 is chopped off at the bottom. you can only see half of the date and the upper portion of the running apps. Video driver was removed and reinstalled with no luck. Hide taskbar was selected and deselected. All with no luck. Any Ideas?

Also tried Safe Mode and driver direct from Intel and still no luck.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.
I see that you are facing display-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
Right-click on the start and search for 'change the resolution of the display'. Under Resolution, try one different than the one now set.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
