Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I Click on the Touchpad Icon it should bring up the Touchpad controls with settings tab etc.  The Controls come up but are totally GRAYED OUT.  See photo below.  Everything i check point to the correct driver.   This is still Windows 10 not ready for WIN 11 until they smooth out a few more bugs.
