Hi There, My pen is not working properly when Im taking the note using Powerpoint Lecture. When I am using the pen for writting note, the letter appear far to the left from the tip of the pen. It's so annoying that I can not take the note. I dont know what's happening. I have been trying to use it in "sticky note" it's ok to use but with Power Point I cant.  Can you please let me know what I can do to fix it.  Thank you so much! Sang Tran

@SangSanta

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
  • What is the product number of your notebook? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Is it an HP Tilt Pen?
  • Have you tried to "Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input" in Windows? Just search that in the Windows Start Menu and hit "Calibrate."
  • Have you tried to update the Bios?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi ECHO_LAKE

the pen is working now after I did one more time for Pen Calibration. I think last time I did that but I did not restart my computer. Thank you for your help. I'm really appreciated.
