The Screen Is Extremely Dark

This Is The Second Time This Happened, First Time I Left The Laptop For A Year Or So And It Was Working Now It’s Happened Again, My Dog Pushed It Off The Table And The Screens Border Thing Came Out A Tiny Bit So I Pushed It Back In And When I Turned It On The Screen Was Dark Like I Need To Hold A Flashlight Up To It To See It, I Have Tried Tons Of Methods But Nothing Works, Restarting It, Factory Reseting It ect Nothing Worked And I’ve Looked a For Hours On End To Find solutions

Most likely you have broken the screen and you will need to replace it.

If you attach to external TV/monitor is the image good?

The part number for the panel is 813959-001 and you can find a compatible product online searching with the part number.
