The background is black and cannot change it

Product name- HP laptop 15s-du2xxx, Product number- 172R4PA#ACJ

Issue- It has been 1 month since my background is black and I cannot change it, I have tried all possible ways to bring back my old wallpapers or install new by sources like Bingwallpaper, but still it is solid black and I can only change it when I change the themes but still the themes only have a solid colour. I don't want any solid colour as my background. I have already reported this issue in the get help section of themes section in my laptop. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, I will be grateful to you.
