The backlight on my keyboard won't turn on, as well at the light in the mute button and caps lock. It was working last night, but when i turned my laptop on, the lights would not work. Any ideas?

@poseid0n you can always toggle the backlight & the other features by pressing the F5 or F4 (some models) key on the keyboard to turn the light on or off. It might be necessary to press the fn (function) key at the same time.
If the backlight icon is not on the F5 key, look for the backlit keyboard key on the row of function keys.

If the above doesn't work, please reinstall the keyboard drivers from the device manager and then, try again.
Look for the Fn lock key, and unlock the same, to check if that helps, as well.
