HP Recommended

Whenever I open my HP PAVILION,  all the apps in the taskbar flickers and the apps open automatically. I changed my keyboard too. And even the new Keyboard is having issues like : automatic capslock onoff , then when I type 1 it enters ! , then 2 it enters @ and similarly rest of numbers 20250710_082608.jpg
