HP 17 BY3000nc
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

We bought 18 pcs of HP 17 BY3000nc laptops and after installing the corporate image with Windows 10 (2004) the image gets angry. The laptop works normally, the user works on it and suddenly the screen goes out, after a while it lights up and the image is out of focus and gradually it is fixed again. It looks like a graphics card driver is installed and the monitor turns off for a while. This sometimes happens several times a day and then it doesn't do it for 2 days and then again several times a day. He does it on all 18 pieces and it upsets the user. I tried to install all the latest drivers from the HP website and it didn't help.

Hello,

I contacted support right after I ran out of options like updating the system and drivers and they couldn't help me there. It was a support in the Czech Republic. Only then did I turn to the forum here. The support told me to reinstall a clean system, but that doesn't help and as I mentioned, it's not a one-piece problem, but a whole set of these laptops, of which we have 18 pieces.

@Infis

As you are running a custom operating system on the computer it might be causing the issues. As suggested by the support team, I recommend you perform a recovery on the computer using the HP cloud recovery tool and test.

Refer to the below article for detailed steps.
