Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-4132ng (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I have a question. I bought a display module from a hp x360 spectre 4000 laptop (it's gray) to replace mine, as it had a cracked sensor, but after installation it works, but has no backlight, although everything worked on another device. I tried to go to the bios and look there on the recommendation, but I could see the operating time and serial number of the device only with my own flashlight, the additional display works, as I had previously enabled the option to expand to two monitors.
What could be the problem? Is it a problem inside the module or is it a system problem?
