Product: HP Chromebook - 14-ca023nr
Operating System: Chrome OS
The outer screen is blurry, while a screen recording showcases that the actual image on the computer is not. I was wondering if this "blurriness" is due to the screen seemingly being made of plastic. Take into consideration that this product has only been in use for what is now 2 days and was like this when opened.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Could you please share the picture of the outer screen?
- What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
