Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R6AV)

I brought the HP ENVY laptop, and the pen came included. However I can't connect it to the laptop. I have charged the pen so that it shows a white LED light. I've tried finding it via Bluetooth but nothing come up. I've tried  to change the pen settings in HP Pen Control.  I've updated all drivers so everything is up to date, but nothing seems to work. How do I get it to connect?
