Hello!
HP laptop - 15-dw0007ua.
Video adapters:
- intel uhd graphics 620
- nvidia geforce mx130
While working on my PC, the screen suddenly turns off. Sometimes it turns off for just a moment, and there are times when it does not turn on at all. Only restarting the graphics driver using "win + ctrl + shift + b" helps to solve the problem.
In order to solve the problem earlier:
1) The Windows system was reinstalled.
2) Update/rollback of the Bios version.
3) Installing different versions of Intel UHD Graphics drivers.
As I understand it, the problem is precisely with the integrated Intel video card, which is also evidenced by the corresponding entry:
Intel graphics driver version: 27.20.100.9664
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro.
OS Version: 10.0.22000 N/A Build 22000.
