Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 16-a0025nw. The device specifications state that it has a refresh rate of 144 Hz, but unfortunately, the options only allow me to set it to 60 Hz. I have updated all possible drivers to the latest versions, including the BIOS, but that hasn't helped either. What could be the cause of this issue? Where should I look for the problem, and what can I change? I would appreciate your help.
