Hi! First I'm sorry for my bad English. I have just bought my new laptop HP Spectre x360 15t ch000 and saw that when I used the pen (Active stylus), it's normal in the half of the bottom screen but in the half of the top screen it ran crazy. Then I tried to install the firmware SP79862 (Spectre 15 bl000). This was the big mistake when my touchscreen stopped working. There is a warning in ELAN EzTouchFilter, "No pen or touch input is available for this display",... I tried to rollback BIOS to Ver F.12, reset PC but I couldn't fix it. Someone help me please!
Thank you!!!

Thank you for your respond!
The product number of my laptop is: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Model 15t-ch000.
Last time it worked fine in 4/9/2018
I have installed Office 365, IDM, Winrar but I had reseted my laptop now. (When I installed HP UHD Touchscreen Controller Firmware Update sp79862 problem happened)
I tried what you instructed but
1/ In Device Manage, "HID-compliant touch screen" didn't appear.
2/ Windows Update failed: Update for video playback on Windows 10 version 1709; Known issues - Microsoft is not currently aware of any issues with this update; Prerequisites - There are no prerequisites to apply this update.
3/ I ran UEFI to update bios to Ver F.12 but the tag Touchscreen (Component Test) still disappear.
I'm expecting your next instrucion.
Thank you!!!
