There's a problem with the touchscreen. It just doesn't work. In Device Manager Human Interface Devices it just doesn't exist
I disabled the Intel HD 4600 graphics card, and on a different NVIDIA GeForce 840M graphics card, the touchscreen worked.
But the sensor device never appeared in the HID
I rebooted my laptop and the display touch stopped working again. I closed the laptop lid, opened it, turned it on, and the screen touchscreen worked again.
Then I rebooted the laptop again and pressed F2 at startup. I entered the diagnostics program, and this time the touchscreen showed up in the tests. I successfully closed all the blocks, but dragging wasn't as successful. I could drag, but an error appeared in the test.
