Thunderbolt Dock 120 W and HP Envy Monitors not Detected

I purchased an HP Thunderbolt 120W Dock.  The HP sales person said this dock would work with my HP Envy. I have two Dell monitors hooked to the dock.  One via the HDMI port and the other to the VGA port.  It works fine with my work provided ThinkPad laptop but it is not working with my HP Envy.

HP Envy machines are not on the list. What is your Envy ? My Envy 15-ee0047nr is not 100% compatible with my HP USB-C G5 dock but acceptable.

Thank you Banhien for the reply.  My machine is a HP Envy x360 Convertible  15-bp100  Model 1ZA15AV.  What is frustrating is I told the sales rep which machine I had and she told me this dock would work.  If this dock will not work is there another dock that will work with this machine?
