Hello. I choose a laptop, I liked the HP ENVY 13-ah1018ur (5GT46EA), but I can’t understand if there is a Thunderbolt3? and will the laptop fully work with 5LX63AA (I want the monitor, charging, keyboard, mouse to be connected simultaneously through one port)? And what models of laptops can generally work with the bottom-mounted 5LX63AA equipment or equivalent?

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06178800
It does not have Thunderbolt port, only:
- 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.2, HP Sleep and Charge);
- 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (1 HP Sleep and Charge);
- 1 headphone/microphone combo
In theory you can charge your machine with USB-C port using compatible USB-C charger. It does not have bottom mounted port.

I know that I can use the USB-С port "theoretically" for charging. I would like to know if it really works or not. I also wanted to know if it is possible to use a monitor + charge? I want to use my laptop with a similar device as in the picture

In many cases, HP notebooks won't work with USB-C chargers from other vendors. I believe HP has a builtin codes for its machines.
From reviewers: HP said that that was intentional because a bad charger could damage the device, or cause it to malfunction
Regards.
