Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello there!
I purchased the following tilt pen:
Tilt Pen MPP 2.0 (3J123AA#ABB)
My laptop is:
HP ENVY 15-ep0027ur
The pen doesn't work. What I did:
- charged it fully
- installed all the drivers and updates that are possible and were recommended from other similar topics, via HP Assistant
I would like to make the pen work. What else should I do?
