I was working of extended monitor in office and when I looked at my laptop screen, I noticed lines on the screen which I restarted but the line still remain. I have logged it on HP but not feedback.
What step should I take.

I see that you are facing display-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
May I know if it happens only while using any particular application?
