HP ENVY Laptop PC 14-eb0000 (167X7AV)

I was working of extended monitor in office and when I looked at my laptop screen, I noticed lines on the screen which I restarted but the line still remain. I have logged it on HP but not feedback.

 

What step should I take.

I see that you are facing display-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

May I know if it happens only while using any particular application?

 

I would suggest you please boot your system into safe mode and check if the display issue persists in safe mode. Here is a link that will help: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00806682
