HP ENVY Laptop - 13t-ba000 CTO

I use my Envy 13 for remote work. When I opened the laptop yesterday the top cover separated from the LDC screen, the hinge came loose, and the screen started to crack on a domino effect. It is unusable . This has been a known issue since 2019 and HP is not doing anything to fix it. Funny that it just happened right after my warranty expired.

I see that you are facing hinge issues with your HP ENVY Laptop - 13t-Ba000 CTO.

 

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair. 

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center
