My touch screen stopped working for no known reason.  I went though the trouble shootings steps, but half of them don't apply and not even possible in the DOS start up screens because no what the menu looks like and the option is says to select isn't even present.  Al the others simply didn't work at all.  Then the virtual assistant had me jump through some hoops to talk t an agent, but then said due to technical issues they could connect to an agent.  How do I fix the touch screen when HP appears to not even have directions on fixing in in Windows 11.
