Product: HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-b109wm Sleekbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I just performed a format and re-install of Windows 8.1 on a freinds laptop (HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-b109wm Sleekbook).  I am in need of the software for the Touch Screen which seems to be unavailable on the software and drivers section of HP Support.  I get no error messages, the touch screen just does not respond.  I had to re-install due to windows not loading properly and the repair options would not work also.

 

Would anyone be able to help me with obtaining this software?

The touchscreen driver is provided by Windows. Try Windows update.

That is the reason it is not available by way of the driver download web document.
