Went on HP driver update 7/31 and let the installer install drivers afterwards touch screen wasn't working properly. Screen responds opposite sides from where I tap am not able to use my pen. I checked drivers and touch screen was present went and disabled and enable driver no difference , uninstalled and reinstalled driver no difference. I did notice that any driver to do with touch screen, like touch screen, pen etc showed "not migrated in events in device manager except the elan eztouchfilter it showed migrated. I tried to do the touch screen trouble shooting test but wasn't able to touch the blocks nor drag them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Keep me posted how it goes
Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊

Thank you for responding, I have already done this problem still excited. The problem is that firmware update for Spectre13.3 0x6111_T16_W00 Rev.A 1.9 MB Apr 24, 2019 aka sp95863 was installed so unless I can get the right file for my model I have to send it in. There was a solution I did find from Gero89 on here but when I talked to HP tech support I was told that file "20190311_HP_Superman15.6__FW6118T18W00" wouldn't work since I was on Windows 10 1903 version. Thanks again!!!
