Hi all,
I have HP Stream x360 with a fresh install of Windows 8.1 (NOT a recovery install). Everything works well, except the Touch Screen.
Visited many fora, tried a lot of solutions (installing an old display driver, HP support assistent, virtual assistent) but noting is working for me.
The main problem i think is, that the Human Interface (HID) is missing for the touch screen
Any help? Thanks a lot.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchscreen is not working on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

Hi,
My productnumber is K5E51EA#ABH
- When I try the solution you linked to this post, my Windows says
No pen or touch input is available for this display
But it worked when I bought it and the specs say it's a touch screen - The HID-compliant touch screen interface is missing in Device Manager, so I can't reinstall
- The HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI does not show a components test
Hope you can help me
Regards,
-Jos
