Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! A while back I bought my Laptop and was later told by a friend of mine that it was a touch screen. I could never seem to get the touch screen to work though. I have tried putting it in tablet mode but I still can’t tap the screen. Do I need a HP pen for it or is it just not a touch screen?

Firstly what EXACTLY is your Pavilion x360 ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
